Our Karate

We practice GoJu Ryu Karate. Founded in okinawa and island south of japan. One of the founding styles of all karate.

Classes

Beginner classes are Monday and Wednesday 7:00pm to 8:00pm

GoJu Ryu

GoJu Ryu translates to hard soft. Go being hard strikes and block. Ju being soft open hand blocks and stances.

We focus on the health and wellness of our members. We teach situation awareness, realistic self defense and proper body mechanics.

We trace our lineage back to the founder of GoJu Ryu, Chojun Miyagi.
